I was born in a small town on the Volga River in Russia. I have lived in Finland since 1998. I am a Lifelong Learner and like to participate in different workshops and art projects. In my childhood I used to go to the Circus to watch clowns. When I grew older I was keen on understanding the language of such a speechless genre as pantomime. The paradox and absurdity of hypocrisy performances, diluted by fantasies of the ruffled mind, exist without words. The language of clownery needs no translation.

The expression “Men do not quit playing because they grow old; they grow old because they quit playing” is at the top of my list of resources for successful ageing that’s why in my mature age I developed a wish to try myself in the genre of clownery.
