The theme of the exhibition, Human Era, seeks to explicate and expand upon the complex network of relationships between humanity, the built environment, and nature. The age in which we live may justifiably be called the Human Era. Humanity is affecting the Earth on a scale comparable to the forces of nature. What is the individual’s role and responsibility in this compared to the power of the entire species?
