Lives and works in Stockholm, SE and Buenos Aires, AR
Anna Kinbom works with text based performances, micro histories and alter egos. She uses the stage for anti performances, which means she works with a resistance against entertainment in art. Writing is the motor of her work – supported by the awkward body. Anna has studied Performative Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and holds an MFA from Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm (2013). In 2015 she is performing her workshop/performance Poetry Workshop curated by Catrin Lundqvist in the exhibition After Babel at Moderna Museet in Stockholm.
